Grocery stores near DL?

First of all, I'm glad to finally join this site! I've been lurking for awhile. This is a great place!

I have a question about grocery stores. We'll be staying at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites. Just wondering if there is a grocery store within walking distance. We won't have a vehicle while we're there, but it would be nice to pick up a few things to have in the hotel room, etc.

You can look at a couple of maps of the area here and here.

Nothing on these maps shows a grocery store in walking distance.
There is a Vons, but it looks like you'd have to drive.

Target also has some groceries, and I know that others have posted
of reaching it via an ARTS bus.

we are arriving this thurs. @ hojos and we used vons.com to order our groceries online and have them delivered to the hotel when we arrive. they have a free delivery w/$50 worth of groceries and i spoke w/someone that just used them and was very satisfied. this will work out great for us cause we will not have a car either.

Albertson's also delivers. This works great because you can get bottled water, breakfast stuff, etc. at reasonable prices.

There is a 7-11 at the corner of Harbor and Katella.

I believe Desert Inn or one of those ones right there at the crosswalk has a small convenience store in the lobby with water, cereal, milk, bread, peanut butter, etc. Of course, prices are inflated. HoJo's has a place like this too.

I loved grocery delivery.

There is a supermarket within walking distance. Go north up Harbour to Ball Rd, turn right and about 200 or 300 yards down on your right is a Supermarket. It is set a little off the road with a carpark and a Taco place in front. It is a "Spanish" style supermarket, all the normal supermarket fare as well as fresh fruit and vege..
