Grocery Store within walking distance?

Is there a grocery store or any kind of general store within walking distance of Universal, namely RPR? We dont have a car for our trip.

Walgreen's is located across the street from Universal which is an easy walk. There is also a full grocery store (Publix) up the street but I doubt you could walk. You would need a cab but ask at the hotel to see if they can help.

If i was walking i would go via PBH, to walgreens, get the boat over as it woul;d not be so big a walk

How will you be getting to the hotel from the airport? We always get a towncar when we don't rent. I paid 90 rt that incl a 30 min grocery stop.

Just a thought.

I can mention Tiffany Towncar, which charges $109 round trip and includes a grocery stop.

Last time I asked them to stop at CVS rather than a grocery store, because that was better for me.

That Walgreens does have a fair amount of grocery items - but the prices were a bit high. If you want alot - it's also going to be a long walk. You could consider grocery delivery, too.

I try to save money some places so I can spend more other places - but if you want more than a few items - I'd do delivery over walking to that Walgreen's. Well - unless you also want a trip to the liquor store
