Grocery store question

Our towncar has offered us a choice of Publix or Winn Dixie for a grocery stop. Who out there has used one or both and has an opinion on which is better? We will be buying bottled water, sodas, snack & breakfast items. Would want the store to have a deli and bakery.

Also, anyone know if we can get a styrofoam cooler at these places?

Definitely go with Publix. As a lifetime resident down here, you'll not find a better deli than at Publix. And the pastries and bread at the bakery are wonderful. The stores tend to be cleaner and the produce fresher than at Winn Dixie. (and I used to work at Winn Dixie.....whew, that was FOREVER AGO!)

You'll be able to get all that you wanted there including the cooler.

Disnee Dad Says.............................Second the opinion on Publix. We have used both on our trips, but Publix was cleaner, nicer, and the prices seemed to be very comparable to Winn Dixie.
