Grocery store near Cypress Pointe?

Just wondering if there are any grocery stores nearby to Cypress Pointe? Are they in walking distance? What else is nearby??

Hi there, I have stayed at Cypress Pointe for the last 3 years. There is a Winn Dixie right out the back entrance of the grandevillas. It is not far and you could walk no problem. Make sure you ask at the cash to join their discount club if you want to save some money. Alot of their deals are with using this card, and it is free. There is also a great soft serve ice cream place in this parking lot, I believe it was called twisty freeze, yummy and cheap.
There is also a Walgreen's accross the street from CP and if you want to travel about 10 mins down the road there is a Walmart superstore, but be warned, even if the prices are a little cheaper, it is insanity in that store, all hours of the day and night. People coming on vacation make a pit stop there. That is why we do the Winn Dixie, little more expensive but so less crowded.

Thanks so much for the info. How do you enjoy your stay at CP? We have never been but I saw some mixed reviews on trip adviser.. It looks nice to me though and we are really excited!!

We have stayed there 3 different times and liked it each time. I was going to warn you, you will pass Crossroads before you get there and there is a Goodings. Avoid it. While it could have changed in the last few years, the last time we were there is was really, really expensive.

We love CP, small resort, great for kids, and even compared to last year, some great improvements. Are u staying at resort side or grand villas side? We find the volcano pool on the cool side, but the turtle and whale pool warmer. Love the hot tub at the whale pool, it's awesome! Resort is close and quick to most things! Any questions just ask!

We were just there in March, building E, newly renovated,and it was great!
