We are debating between the Publix and the Super Walmart on Kirkman. Is there a better choice? We are only buying pop, water, cereal, plastic spoons, and plastic bowls.
Does Publix offer an affinity card?
Is the longer distance to WalMart make it worth the savings?
I like Publix because its not as crowded, but its a little more expensive.
Wal-mart....its wal-mart,and they have everything pretty dirt cheap. The trek to kirkman is a rough one because of the traffic....dont know what an affinity card is though.
I live next to the park, I usually avoid the walmart unless it's needed, The Kirkman/Conroy Publix is closest, 4630 S. Kirkman Rd. (In that shopping center)
Also closeby is another Publix on 7640 W Sand Lake Rd. I split between both Publix's when I shop. Sand lake is a little further away but my bank is next to it.
Other "big" stores a little further away include a regular K-Mart (Just north of sand lank on 7603 Turkey Lake Rd.... The road that runs behind Universal), and a Super Target across from Mall of Millennia (4750 Millenia Plaza Way, from Hard rock or portofino, head north on Universal Blvd to Vineland, take a right, continue on vineland and then turn right on Radebaugh, then left on Millennia Ave until you see target on the left (2 lights)).
Universal's (and my) zip code is 32819 if you want to search around that way.
