We've used both wegoshop and Garden Grocer. Wego we used quite a few years ago, so some things may have changed since then...
Our experience with both was good. Although a lot of people here seem to like being able to pick exactly what you want from Wego, we felt it was more cumbersome to do it that way. We really preferred GG way of ordering. We're not terribly picky about grocery shopping though. If you have special dietary needs or anything, Wego may be a better choice for you.
Both delivered our food promptly. Our last trip with GG, I had ordered Splenda and they delivered sweet n low instead. I hate sweet n low, but since Splenda is available on site, I didn't make a deal about it. But other then that, our orders were correct from both services.

Also, although Wego doesn't list alcoholic beverages, we were able to order them.
