Grocery Delivery to WBC

So, I'm looking at grocery delivery to WBC. Am I correct that I don't have to be there at delivery and the groceries will be held for me until I call for them?
Do I have to go pick them up or are bell services available?
 
Correct. Bell services will deliver, however, they can get backed up at busy times.
