Grocery delivery to the DVC resorts

We haven't used a grocery delivery service, we used to use a car service from the airport with a stop at a supermarket to shop. We don't want to do that this time around.
Can anyone tell me which service is best to use for delivery to the resort?

Best? Hard to say. I used Walmart+ last time I went, based on the DTB recommendation:

I get W+ comped by one of my credit cards; I would not pay for it otherwise.

We've had very good experience with Publix/Instacart shopping and delivery. There are a number of options, and many seem to be pretty good.

So do we. I just wonder if there's something cheaper with equally good service. Can't figure whether grocery prices are increasing as fast as Disney's prices, or OI'm just being a cheapskate.

If you have a Costco membership, Costco is currently selling a $100 Instacart gift card for $79. Makes using Instacart a lot more affordable. You can get either a physical card or and electronic version.

Or Amazon Fresh if you are a Prime member delivery is free with orders over $100, and a nominal delivery fee if under. I have also heard that Kroeger is good, Disney Food Blog has recommended them.

I just checked Amazon Fresh. Delivery free over $50 but they dont have everything I want. I will get to Costco before we leave and buy the instacart giftcard. That was an awesome tidbit of info. Thanks to all!

I am a prime member. I have $53 in cart and it says I get free delivery but we will probably use instacart from publix…better selections. Also, maybe the over $50 free delivery is a black Friday special ??

Unless something has changed, you don’t need Walmart+ to get Walmart to deliver, but there is a delivery fee of around $10. This is what we always use.

If you’re ordering alcohol, that comes with its own set of rules depending on which service you use.

We used Kroger and it went well. The delivery fee was $9.95 and their online selection and pricing was good. We will be using them for our trip in January.

Walmart or Shipt to get stuff from Super Target. Both were great. Just know that if you're ordering before you get to your hotel room, or there is a chance they will deliver to the resort before you arrive, make sure to put on the instructions for the delivery person to drop at Bell Services under your name. Also, know that if you plan on ordering alcohol you will have to be there when they deliver it to accept it for legal reasons.

I have used Vacation Grocery Delivery in the past and we are using them for our upcoming trip. I thought they did a great job and contacted me several times while shopping if they had questions or if an item wasn't available. From what I understand, it is cast member owned and operated.

Hi. I have a cart in Instacart for Publix, but it is not taking Riveria Resorts address. It switches it to Orlando, but then tells me the zip code doesn’t match. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else with Riveria?

Thanks. Turns out I had to cancel the whole trip. Wasn’t feeling well yesterday- woke up with a fever today. Bummer.
