In the past, I have shipped a box of baby essentials and breakfast items to WDW w/o a problem, but I won't be doing that this trip. BWV is charging $10 for package shipment, packages aren't getting delivered by Bell Services and I've heard numerous stories of "lost" packages.

So, for the first time, I'm considering ordering from Garden Grocer. I like their website setup better than We Go Shop, which is why I choose them.
My question, will the groceries be held by Bell Services and will they deliver them, or am I going to have to deal with the $10 fee and misplaced package issue anyway?

Thanks!

I ordered groceries (from Garden Grocer) for my DD and friends who are currently staying at BWV and the groceries were at bell services when they arrived. They told them to bring them up and tipped bell services, fridge stuff was refridgerated until they arrived! She says all went well!

My understanding is only packages shipped using a delivery company (UPS, FedEx, etc) are subject to the fee.

I did both when staying at BWV earlier this year.

Garden Grocer left my groceries at Bell Services. Disney did not charge a fee. The cold stuff was refrigerated.

The 2 boxes that I had shipped from home were at the Conference Center. The lady there told me that they charge by weight. I was charged $5 for each box. They charged it to my room.

As soon as my room was ready, I wanted all my stuff up there right away. So I went over to the Bell Services desk and told them that I needed help. One of the bell services guys got a cart and went over to the Conference Center with me. We picked up my boxes, and then we went back to the Bell Services storage room where we picked up my stuff from Garden Grocer and my luggage. Then we went up to my room.

We just got back yesterday from a week-long cruise but stayed in a 2 bedroom at the BWVs pre cruise.
I ordered from gardengrocer and even had eggs, milk, juice and cut up fruit on my list. We checked in, got to our room and as the bell services CM was leaving, I had remembered I ordered from GG. I told him, he said he would take care of it and came back with all the items (including cases of water and soda that we were brining onto the cruise).
I tipped Bell Services and it was that easy.

Have fun!
