I don't live near a super targets in California so I don't know what a super target is but to me it is pretty close to a grocery store. They have everything pretty much except I would say the meat case. They sold everything that you'd need from fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, rows and rows of can goods, baked goods, spices, cereal, wine, beer, and tons of frozen stuff, dairy like eggs, milk, butter, cheese, lunch meats, bread, sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurt, bacon, sausage, etc... I just don't recall there being meat except maybe in the frozen section. We just bought our meat at Costco and some of their premade stuff. Both times we went was during Thanksgiving week so, what I did was buy all the Thanksgiving stuff at Costco like turkey breast, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, green beans, stuffing, dessert, etc... I made everything our first night even though it wasn't Thanksgiving yet and then, we ate it all week as leftovers and used the turkey meat to make sandwiches. I went to target to buy the mayo, mustard, etc.. for the sandwiches since Costco's version is much larger.
Hope that helps...
