Grocery Delivery Refridgeration Question?

Hello, does anyone know what happens when you have Grocerys delivered to the boardwalk. I know from reading they will keep them at bell services, but what about refridgerated items? Do they have a cooler?

Not sure where exactly they put them but it is refrigerated -- had groceries there for four hours once while waiting for room and they came up cold.

Once, bell services at BCV allowed us to see the refrigerated food. I think we were adding something to our bag, or maybe I needed my refrigerated medicine.

I've noticed big commercial refrigerators in the luggage rooms of the DVC resorts for things that need to be refrigerated. I assume it's for stuff that's been delivered or is being held as people change rooms. Don't know any other details than that.

We have had refrigerated foods stored at several resorts including BoardWalk without any problems.

Are frozen foods an issue - pizza, ice cream etc????

I have never bought the Disney food-just thought the prices would be high.

I don't think they have a freezer for frozen items. At least that is what the grocery store said when we had called to place an order.

If you order from Disney they will deliver the food to your villa and put the items in your refigerator or freezer.
