Grocery Delivery Question

We have always used garden Grocer, but after reading some of these threads, I think we may try the other when we go in December. Fingers crossed.

Do they deliver to your room and do you have to tip them?

If you are not there, they will deliver to Bell Service and they have a refrigerated section so that your food that has to be kept cold is safe.

We have also used Mouse Concierge and I was extremely happy. She texted me the exact shelf and number/letter that my bags were on in the luggage room which did turn out to be good since Bell service took a moment to find them.

We have also used Garden Grocer; no complaints at all but I felt like I receive more personalized service with Mouse Concierge.
