Hi all and thanks in advance!

I wasn’t sure how updated the FAQ/sticky on this topic is given all the COVID changes.

We are staying at a DVC resort this fall and in the past ordered groceries from Garden Grocer but their prices seem to have jumped a lot. Is Amazon Fresh able to leave groceries with bell services? Or what other grocery delivery folks are able to leave things at bell services?

We don’t care about the fee to have bell services bring it to us as the convenience of not having to meet the delivery people is worth it.

Thanks again!

I have read recent reports on other threads where people had amazon fresh and insta cart orders left at bell services. Just no alcohol. I'm looking for delivery for next week too

We used Instacart in March 2021 at Bay Lake Tower. It was delivered to bell services while we were on Magic Express to the resort. Worked great!

We just used InstaCart from Publix this past Sunday, worked great, everything we ordered was there. They got to the resort before we did, left it at the bell station for us. The Bellpeople had our name on everything and when we arrived just brought it to our room for us along with our luggage. We did online check in so it was quick and easy. I don't see a room delivery charge for it anywhere unless they took it out of the cash tip I gave them in which case I feel bad because I figured they would just charge our room account for the delivery.

I feel like it's been hit or miss as to whether they charge to accept deliveries. Someone has to remember to key it in...

There is no delivery charge if all items are brought along with your luggage in a single group. The $6 delivery fee is if a runner has to bring your Instacart or other items in a separate delivery to your room. Think of it as a cost recovery fee for the extra time to delivery special orders.
