Grocery Delivery at Swan

Hi! I am seeing conflicting reports online about having groceries delivered to the Swan. Some things say they won't accept groceries or that we have to be there. Others say it'll be at bell services.
Has anyone had groceries delivered to Swan or Dolphin? Can you have it delivered without being there? And do they charge?

I've had groceries delivered and left with bell services without me being present. They did not charge to hold them. Not sure if they would charge to bring them to your room like Disney does because we just picked them up from bell services ourselves.

Who did you use (store, Instacart, etc.?)

I used Instacart.

They made changes last December to their delivery polices. Some locations still may have S/D on their do not deliver list though. I've shared some info over on the SwanDolphin thread, so this post may help to clarify things a bit, but the key is they do not provide refrigeration of any kind.

Thanks! I think we are going to find another way. It's too uncertain for me. If it gets refused, then we have a hassle that I just don't want to deal with.

Had a delivery made to the Swan last month (Amazon Fresh). Was told I had to be there to receive. Coordinated w/ driver and made sure I was around. No issues otherwise.
