Grocery delivery and check-in question at OKW

We are arriving at OKW before check-in time. How do I set up the grocery delivery? We've never done this, so I'm not sure if we have the food delivered for when we arrive or for check-in time. I don't really want to hang around and wait for the food, but if that's what needs to happen, that's fine. I can send the family over to the pool, or something.

I set delivery for when I know I will be back, like 6 or 8pm. Especially the first day, when I don't go allllllllll day. Last month, at SOG, we got in around 9pm, so did grocery delivery for the next day. We just ate breakfast at the hotel, 2 of my group went golfing, then other son and I waited for delivery then went to MK.

We had our groceries delivered by garden grocer for early afternoon, our room wasnt ready so bell services kept it (refridgerated) for us and we just called once we finally got into the room later that afternoon. Bell Services delivered it within 30 minutes or so.

Beautiful! That's just what I'll do then. Have delivery set for early afternoon, and have bell services intercept it for us!

Speaking of bell services, do they bring your bags for you and pick up your bags and store them for you on the morning of check out so you can go to the parks? That's what we always do at the other resorts. This is our first time at a DVC property. Thanks!

We had bell services hold groceries (cold) and our luggage both the 1st and last day at BCV. I would assume OKW would be able to do the same.
