rockiesfan... I got an envie from you today and it was jam packed with coupons I could use. I really liked the Herbal Essence, cereal and Bird's Eye frozen vegetables! GREAT JOB!!

I mailed this week's envie today - it's not as big as usual but I do have some Gillette and I think 100 cal packs in there. I thought the coupons were pretty meager this week - I think I only kept 4 or 5 from my inserts

Actually we are staying offsite in a 6 bedroom 4 bath house in Windsor Hills. We have other family ( my step mom and sister) joining us so we decided that we really needed plenty of space, and a private pool doesn't hurt. I hope that we aren't missing too much by staying offsite, but we will have two vans to get us back and forth and I think that the extra room will be very benificial to us.

When we were a family of four (Dad, Mom, DS, DS) and the boys were little, a single hotel room worked fine for us......well, except when they kicked each other after they were put to bed. Once they got older and we started taking DNephew along also, we tried a rental home with a private pool, 2-3 bathrooms, 3-4 bedrooms, washer/dryer, rental car parked in our own driveway ten steps from the front door, game room in the garage, TV's in all the BR's and DVD/big screen TV in the living room, etc. etc. etc. we decided we probably would never return to one hotel room even if it was at a DW resort. I predict you're going to LOVE staying offsite in WH.

Us too! My Dh is on duty today, so I called him and told him that I refuse to shovel after March 1. We got a few more inches....anyone seen spring yet? My mom has. She lives in Las Vegas, she says the trees are all in bloom, they have had near 70 days already, and they sit out back....blah,blah,blah. So not fair!!!

I think we are going to love it too! I know that I am going to love having the washer and dryer!!! I won't have to pack as many clothes (with a two year old we need about 2 outfits a day) and I won't have to bring home several suitcases of laundry. One day we will probably stay onsite for the experience, but with an extended family trip it just didn't make that much sense!!

We've had some really nice days...in the 60's,70's & even 1 in the 80's...it's 69 out there now...
The frogs are so loud!
The crocus are blooming, the narcissus are starting to bloom,& the tulips are sprouting.
The forsythia buds are starting to swell along w/ other blooming shrubs & bushes...
but they are in for a rude awakening...
after the storms tonight ,we'll be freezing again @ night & have highs in the 40's during the day
oh well...
it's rare to have a nice spring where everything gets to bloom like it's supposed to w/out getting frozen.
We just never know what we are going to get...
last Easter we had snow...all day it would snow like crazy, let up & melt, then go at it again...
I think the hardest part is adjusting to the back & forth weather....
altho wearing just short sleeves outside for the past few days has been like taking a mini-vacation...
I wish you warmer days ahead!
