I would like to have my groceries delivered to the room on my next trip. Which delivery service do you use and what is the cost? Is there anything that can't be delivered? Beer, wine, any alcohol that is off limits? Frozen foods? As you can see I really need help!!! Thanks for any help/suggestions.

I believe gardengrocer and wegoshop are the two most frequently used delivery services. As far as what cannot be delivered, I haven't used them, so I'm no help there!

We have used garden grocer with no problems. We've never tried having alcohol delivered so I don't know what the policy is on that. We have however found the prices to be high and the last two trips we just ordered directly through our resort.

I used Garden Grocer last time and they were perfectly fine! No problems.

This time I am using Personal Disney Shopper (I think under Kelly's PDS) as we are renting a Keuring from her for the week, too. She is also picking up wine and beer for us.

I have no personal experience with her yet, but have read positive reviews about her on here and FB. She charges 10% of your order total for service plus a $10 delivery fee.

I've used wegoshop three times and will be using them again when we're back in October. They charge you the price the item is in the store and a delivery fee. You do have to be there when they deliver your items. I've always been very happy with their service

For Garden Grocer you need to email them a copy of your license. It's a Florida law that you can't order alcohol to be delivered without showing proof of age. The ID you send them must match the name on the order. I think you can also fax a copy of your license if you are not able to scan/email. As far as what is off limits to order. I don't think there is anything that's off limits. You can order anything that's shown on their website. And, of course, you have to give them a copy of your ID after you place your order if you're getting alcohol.

The luggage staff at the resorts receive your order. They store the cold stuff in big refrigerators to keep cold/frozen stuff from going bad. You then pick it up when you get there. I had to go inside the luggage room at Wilderness Lodge once to get some things out of my luggage they were storing. It was a pretty cool setup in there.

We used GardenGrocer once and will probably do so again. We ordered food for the week, including cold items. They do deliver to bell services and bell services will keep cold items cold. It was not too expensive, especially since we were flying in and used Magical Express, so it would have been quite expensive to rent a car or get a taxi for a grocery trip.
