Groceries we bring - will bell services store?

We are heading to BWV Thursday. DS and DBIL are meeting us there and since their flight gets in earlier and they have their own car, they want to do their own shopping. (I've already placed my Garden Grocer order.) If they arrive at the resort and the room is not ready will bell services store their refigerated/freezer items that they bring in themselves? I know bell services has always stored our GG order, but wasn't sure what they did for arriving guests who do their own shopping.

They sure will.

Have them take a black marker along and write their name on each bag. separate the frozen, refrigerator and dry goods into separate bags. Write what's in the bag so Bell Services knows where to store them.
