Groceries delivered to your room

I am staying at the poly and have heard about people getting groceries delivered to their room. I am curious to see who has done this, how did you do it, with whom did you do it, when did you order in relation to your stay, and how would you rate the quality of the food and the process of it all?

i have ordered groceries thru netgrocer.com to be delivered while on vacation... and it worked quite well, they arrived via fedex... at the time, they did not offer 'perishable' goods... don't know if they do now...
