Groceries at Bell Services?

We're having a debate about whether to rent a car for a day since we are arriving early on Tuesday and need to get groceries. So two questions: can groceries be delivered if we don't have a room assigned and if we do go the one day rental route could we have the bell services hold the groceries that need to be refrigerated until the rooms ready. Thanks.
