Does anybody have (or know where I could find) a list of grocery items and prices for the WL store? We are staying at the villas on rented points and I'm just wondering if it will be worth it to make a grocery stop or if we can get what we need there. We don't really need much. Somebody said there was a list on the member's site, but, of course, we don't have access to that.

If anybody has this information, I would really appreciate it! You guys are all so helpful!!

I would like to know where the list is also. I can't even find it on the member site! Any help would be appreciated.

If you don't need a ton of stuff, it's probably not that bad, but of course, it is going to be more expensive than the regular grocery store. They have mostly snacks, small sizes, and convenience foods.

Just bumping this up in case anybody has a list and prices. Thanks!!

I don't have the full list, but everything is around 7-11 (convience store) prices. A half gallon of milk is $4, basically double what you'd pay at the store. Just think of what you'd normally pay, and then double it for the mercantile prices. They have a small selection of basica, but not much.

We always stop at the grocery store for our stay at VWL because the selections are much better, and the prices are even better than the selections! The only thing we ever buy at the Mercantile is eggs. For some reason they are very reasonable, and we tend to break them enroute from store to 'home'. So it is safer to buy them on site.

I don't recall prices but I do recall selection. Milk and soda, eggs and some lunchmeats, bread and cheese and a small selection of frozen pizzas and meals. I also recall beer and wine, muffins, peanut butter and even spaghetti and sauce and some cereal (I think). There is also a basic selection of first aid supplies. It's very well stocked for a small space.

The snack bar, Roaring Fork, sells refillable mugs. You can get milk, soda, baked goods, salads plus all the grill items they offer. Between these two places you can get some basics although they probably are almost twice the grocery store prices. We usually compromise. I go to the Winn Dixie on the way in, but if we run out of something we make do with what's available onsite. No fun to spend vacation at the grocery store!

If you're still wanting the exact list, PM me your email address and I'll see if I can pull it off the member web site. It's in a PDF format.

As stated, prices are at least 2x what you would pay in off-site grocery stores, and the selection is limited to maybe 75-100 items. If you're staying for any length of time, you might want to consider grabbing a cab to Publix (there's one just a couple of miles from Downtown Disney) or find airport transportation that provides a grocery stop on the way to the resort.

On the member site, click on Vacation Planning Tools and you'll find it.

Thanks everybody! We don't need much at all, as we aren't planning on having any meals in our room or anything. We just wanted to grab a few snacks, but my mom has some dietetary restrictions, and I wasn't sure if they would have anything for her.
