Grizzly FP Still of Network

Can you still get Grizzly River Run FastPasses any time because it's "off the network."

Most reports indicate that none of the FPs are "disconnected" anymore (except WoC and F! (when it starts)) in each park. I haven't heard much about Grizzly River FP, but it was mentioned that RSR and Screamin' were "connected" at the beginning of summer.
