We were at the gate before 6:30 this AM. Yes there were A$$£*[*'s who ran but Universal had quite a few CM's along the way telling them to walk. Plus I added my own "Walk! Don't set a bad example for your kids!"

Any parent running holding their kids hand dragging them along is a BAD parent.

Well the ride was worth the effort. I'll do it it again tomorrow. Maybe I'll keep my eyes open the whole way. :3dglasses

Hahahahaha....glad you liked it! Hope that means all the effects were working! Was there lots of fog in the final scene before you shoot through the opening? That seems to be the area that is giving them a lot of problems.

This is a bit extreme. Get real.

I would have to say that said parents certainly are not setting a good example for their children. When someone instructs the hordes to do something and then the parents disregard the instructions that are meant for the safety of themselves and others - one has to wonder about their parenting skills.

Not all areas of life are shades of grey. There is a wrong and right. If a CM tells you not to run, you slow down then immediately start running what are you REALLY teaching your child? This is exactly what happened.

The rules don't apply to them?
Their wants or desires are more important than he people around them?

For a ride? How will they handle something in the REAL world?

That's all we need, more parents teaching their kids to become selfish, entitled jerks.

Kid.......but daddy that person is telling us to walk

Parent.......don't worry Britney/Dante.......that don't apply to us........if we run past all these folks who are walking we'll beat them to the front........who cares what everyone thinks we'll be first........

Kid......ok daddy........I get it........other people don't matter.

Yep, nice lesson to teach kids.

Can we skip?

If the TM tell you to walk......you should walk. It's quite simple really.

I like skipping though.......just not in a queue :)

OP.......glad you enjoyed the ride though......always good to hear :)

What's the ride like? Is it similar to the Hogwarts ride?

I'd describe it as a little Mummy and a little Forbidden Journey and maybe a little Spider Man. Not nearly as much coaster as Mummy, but the ride cars are very similar. And the effects are a mix between SpiderMan and FJ.

Really hard to explain, but still an awesome ride!
