Grinchmas Parade/Xmas decorations??

Does anyone know when the Grinchmas Parade starts?
When do the Christmas decorations get put up at Universal/IOA?
We will be there the weekend before Thanksgiving--we're hoping to see both!

Unfortunately, you'll probably be a week too early.

Both Disney & Universal take great pride in putting up almost ALL of their Christmas decorations Thanksgiving night - so the parks are "magically" transformed from Thursday to Friday. It's a pretty incredible process!

You may see a few touches of holiday decorations here and there - but most won't be seen until the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Last December, Grinchmas at Dr. Seuss Landing in IOA went from November 17 through December 31.

They transformed Seuss Landing into a Whoville Whobilation with the Grinch and residence of Whoville walking around and doing a show near the Whoville's tree every hour or so.

You could also slide down the Mt. Crumpit Snow Plummet.

I don't know for sure if everything will be the same this year, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed as it was the highlight of my 4 year old's vacation!

According to a brochure I got when I entered the parking garage, Grinchmas is occuring from November 23 to December 31.
