Grinchmas or Mardi Gras?

To those who have been to both, which did you enjoy more? I know they are two very different events, but I'm having a hard time deciding whether to go in December or next February/March.

P.S. Taking two trips is NOT an option!

Mardi Gras.

The crowds are light in February and it's something to look forward too after the holidays.

We've never been to Grinchmas, but just got back from Mardi Gras and my entire family loved it. Crowds were on the lighter side and catching beads became my kids "mission" They just loved it.
