I read that Universal will be showing a new 'Macy's Parade' for the Christmas season, until 31 December and it sounds great! :D

Problem is, we have only one day free for IOA/US BEFORE the end of December as we don't arrive in Orlando until late on Dec 26 and we want to see WDW Christmas things too, and then we plan to use the other day of our two day US/IOA ticket in the first week of January. Our planned day for US/IOA is Dec 28th so I guess it will be pretty crowded?

Would it be feasible to see the Grinchmas Festivities in IOA AND the Macy's Parade on the same day? We are not bothered if we don't do any rides that day, as we will be back again in January when hopefully it will be very quiet and we can do the rides then. We're not into BIG rides anyway, as we are all of the 'chicken' variety! ;)

Does anyone know the time of the Macy's Parade or is it too early to know?

Thanks for any help with this. :D

Macy's goes through January 5th and Grinchmas goes through December 31. You could probably do both in one day if you wanted to, but you could go to Macy's the first week of January if you visit the 5th or before.

That's Great News! :D

We were actually planning on 5th January for our US day, and I think it would be much easier to do one park at a time. Will US still have it's Christmas Decs up on 5th January do you think?

Thanks everyone for your help. :D

As long as Macy's is going on they'll most likely still have the decorations up. They do until the last day of Mardi Gras or Grinchmas, so I don't see why not.
