Grinch Meet and Greet Virtual Line

Anyone have info on the Grinch meet and greet Virtual line? Specifically does anyone know when they open it up each day?

I will be there tomorrow and let you know. I would guess right around park opening because the reservations run out pretty quickly after that.

Undercover tourist says this - only experience currently utilizing a virtual line is The Grinch Meet & Greet at Honk Honkers. Officially, the reservation system is supposed to open when the park opens. We quickly learned that it's actually opening several minutes before that. If you want to score a meet with the Grinch, be sure to be on Universal Orlando property by 8:40 a.m. Keep refreshing the official Universal FL app until the system opens. As soon as you're allowed, select the amount in your party and book your slot. Keep trying even if you're getting a message that says No Times Available. (We received that message at 8:42 a.m. but then were able to score a pass for 12:10 p.m. at 8:45 a.m. At 8:49 a.m., we saw a yellow banner that said No Virtual Lines Times Left on the app and that didn't go away for the rest of the day.)

I tried getting some around 8:45 but it kept telling me none were available. The message on the app that all virtual times are gone came up at 9:03.

Just got home today. We did the Breakfast w/Grinch & so glad we did. I did try Sun, Mon & Tues mornings to get a virtual line time but, never could. 1st morning, 4 times came up, I hesitated to decide which one & once I picked, it said it was no longer available. The next morning, 2 times came up, I did not hesitate & still got "no longer available". The 3rd morning, it didn't say they were doing the virtual line. It gave times he would be there.
I really wanted to see his new place!! And I did try several times during the mornings but never got in.

We loved the breakfast meetup.......we also did the Holiday Tour & the line to take pictures with him stayed too long. So, we just visited with Max!!!

I am sorry to hear the Grinch meets are so hard to get. I will be solo in Dec so won’t try, but DH and I had a meet several years ago and it was so fun. (I rarely buy photos but did buy that one).

He is awesome!! Between Disney & Universal, he is my favorite character to see.

honestly, I hate it's so hard to get in. Last year, it was easy just lining up outside the store. I never saw the line really long. So, I never worried about it this year.
Now, I'm glad we did the breakfast meetup.
