Grilled Seafood at Bomas?

Does anyone know what type of Seafood is offered on
Bomas Buffet--is it shrimp, fish? I wonder if the choice changes?

Every time I have been there over the past 3+ years, Boma has served salmon. It is to the left of the carving station.

It's always been salamon but they also have a couple of seafood soups which are really good. Aside from the shrimp/seafood in the soups, there was no other seafood but everything is delicious.
