I don't know if this was covered in the other thread, because I haven't read it yet (because I just watched GA last night and didn't want to spoil it) ...

Why was George calling Addison "Dr. Montegomery Shepard"? He said it to specify which Dr. Shepard he was referring to. I know McDreamy's name is Derek and the Mrs. name is Addison.

Was it a script error, or am I missing something?
