howdy! my name is rhonda. i am 31 and in love with pooh and his gang. i am planning my trip for 2007. i am not as dedicated to disney like i would like to be. traveling off this rock is expensive! the last time i was in disney land was when i was a junior in high school and i have not been back since. i look forward to reading posts, meeting fellow members and getting some great tips for my future trip!

Where is everyone at in Alaska? I'm in Palmer, near Wasilla/Eagle River/Anchorage. I LOVE these Disboards. We did a Disneyworld/Universal/Disney cruise trip in Oct. 2003, and loved it!! I got so much good information from this place. If any of you would like any info, I've got tons of it, including pics! We stayed at the Polynesian, (WD) the Royal Pacific (Universal) and did the 3 night Wonder cruise! It was a blast!

I'm a Disneyaholic!! We have two kids 13 & 10, at the time we went, they were 11 & 8. We did so much, I was worn out when we got back! The trip was Looonnnggggg, but worth it! If you don't have one already, rent those little dvd players at the airport in Anchorage, it's so handy and keeps everyone occupied! Happy planning!

I'm in Big Lake. I'm a Disney-holic too! My mom took us to Disney a lot when we were growing up. I started bringing my kids a couple of years back. We are going again in September for 2 weeks. I have five kids, almost 16, almost 14, almost 12, 9 and 7. We'll be doing some birthday celebrating while we're there!

Do you know how much it costs to rent the DVD players from Anchorage to Orlando? Are they both drop-off places? Does it take long to rent/return them? I've never done it before, but it sounds like a great idea.
