That's listed as the main office number, and I can't get an answer or a return call. I'm starting to get nervous~~~~

They respond better to emails. Do not be nervous we just used them for a two week stay and they were great

How did you make final payment? There's nothing on my reservation that says when it's due, so I called last week and they told me to call 2-3 days before arrival. Well, I've been calling and emailing for 2 days and get nothing! Do you mind sharing what email address you use?

Matt contacted us two days before we arrived at the fort and told us to call or text him our site number once we were checked in at the fort. A CM drove us to our site by van and Matt arrived within 30 minutes. Once everything was setup we made the final payment, he carries an iPad and will swipe your credit card. Don't worry everything will fall into place and you will have a wonderful trip.
