Hi has anyone used this company at MCO as its coming out half the price of the main companies. It has a high rating from users

This company is NOT on the airport's authorized list of transportation companies which means they cannot pickup at MCO: (https://www.orlandoairports.net/parking-transportation/#vehicles-for-hire), I have never heard of this company.. I would strongly recommend using a more reputable company like Mears.

I've learned my lesson and will only rent from the 10 companies that have cars on site at MCO. It's probably 70/30 that things would be fine, but I'm not taking those odds whether I'm in town for work or play.

I'd only go with 9, with Sixt being the odd one out. And with those 9, that's actually 3.

Enterprise owns National and Alamo
Avis owns Budget and Payless (and Zipcar, which is not at MCO)
Hertz owns Dollar and Thrifty.

Huh, interesting. I didn't know they were big in Europe. But, again, Yelp users bash them pretty bad.

How do they compare with the Yelp ratings of the other 9? Or more accurately, how do they compare to all reviews received, not just those Yelp allows to stay up on the site? Yelp isn't exactly a representative cross section of experiences and we know they remove negative reviews if the business in question pays enough.

Plus, not sure how that is relevant to what they offer in the way of services in the US

I would never trust/use Yelp due to their shady business practices. It is common knowledge they try to get companies to pay them to bury bad ratings and move up the good ones. Who knows if they don't also get paid to create bogus good reviews from those who have never used that company? The link shown above also contains a number of terrible reviews where people were overcharged or billed for extra fees unexpectedly.

I would stick with known car rental companies that many others on here talk about. Even though some of the no name rental car companies may have a good reputation in Europe, they often have terrible service in the US. LOTS of older threads about that.
