First off, they did a very nice job with this in the queue area. It doesn't look like they just tossed it in there. Very integrated. They made it look like it's been there from the beginning. I think the single rider line went away.
It still feels pretty real to me except for the pressure on takeoff. I still felt a little bit disoriented afterwards. The spinning is not the only motion the simulators make. The leaning back for takeoff and the pitch and yaw is still there. So this is not just sitting there with a bit of vibration and watching the screen. The effect is now similar to Star Tours.
The green line was definitely longer than the orange line. The Fastpass line is mixed, but they separate you at the FP turn-in point.
You have to pick up an orange or green launch ticket when you get in line.
