Greatland Target tents...decent as a second tent?

I got one marked down to $25. We already have a Eureka tent we're using, but we'd like to take a second tent. We've set up the Greatland in the backyard and it is cheaptastic. Haven't sealed the seams or Scotch Guarded, but it is definitely not a quality tent.

I was just wondering if there are any people who have used Greatland tents and found them to be adequate? We would be using this one to store gear and let the kids play games in. The other tent would be for sleeping. But if the tents are so cheap they leak terribly I would rather spend the money on a better tent.

Thanks!

Meg
