Lets hope you don't get to much of a soaking :umbrella:
hopefully the weather won't spoil your day to much :goodvibes

It looks like we will be missing much of the bad weather, as we have done yesterday and today, which has been lovely!!! The rain hasn't reached here yet and should be gone by morning - apart from a few showers during tomorrow.

However I would think the ground will be churned up and muddy in places so wear wellies or shoes/trainers that don't matter just in case.

You should have a great time.

that's a real British summer for you - have a fab day :thumbsup2

have a great time :goodvibes

Heh, HM needs a Disney rain poncho

I was born in Bradford at St Lukes. I spent my childhood in Eccleshill

Mrs Aardvarks is from Idle

It is warm and breezy in Harrogate at the moment with an occasional shower forecast. Should be ok. They do have concrete paths around, but some of the grassy areas did look churned up on the TV last night.

Hope you've had a lovely day :goodvibes

Hi, I just got back from my first ever yorkshire show even though we're only about 30 miles away!! DD went yesterday with friends and convinced us to take her back today for rydale wellies! DD and DS got to see the queen and we didn't get rain, some parts were muddy but not too bad. DS got an aussie leather hat and I got some new kitchen chair cushions.

Hope you had a good day!!

ooh I do love Betty's in Harrogate. There's one in Northallerton where I work but it's so hard to resist the temptation :)

My wife's best friend is Betty's mad. When she stays as a house guest we always have to take her

There are 6 in total IIRC and we have done 3 in a single day just to keep her happy

In addition they run a bakery school at the head office which is on a business park in Harrogate. I believe the school is for the public
