We went to great wolf last year at halloween time. Of course the kids loved it and they had a blast!! But here is my complaint!!! It was so packed when we got there waited for close to an hour to check in there was alot of chaos and alot of aggravated parents but anyway when we got into the waterpark there was not alot of lifeguards where the little kids swim and go on the slides. At first I did not realize then I started to notice all the little kids 2yrs. to 4yrs. running pushing shuving screaming in kids faces to get out of the way! It was there turn! Then there would be 3 to 5 kids at the top of the water slide all trying to go down at the same time!!! I went nuts!!! I imediatley went FIND someone to tell them and when I finally did they said oh we will get right on it! Well that never happened!!! So I proceeded to find another and got no where! All this time my huband was with the kids in the pool.I was so blown away at how dismissed I was I went right to the front desk and got no where with that!! What a shame it is a fun place and our kids love it there!! But the way I was treated and the situation was handled was horrible. It was extremley dangerous! Although we stayed and had a great time it still was a very unpleasant time for me! As a parent we do what we need to keep our children safe!! Especially when they are still so young. P.S. We were in the Poconos. It was our second time there and I have to say the only way we would go back is if they bring the prices down a little bit because it has gotten way out of control for what you get and what you do.And these indoor waterparks are starting to open up more and more. They just opened one up in N.J. in a Marriot Hotel I think in the Medford area that we would like to try.
