have a DS14 and am looking at booking a trip to either waterpark very soon to celebrate my graduation from college  and his graduation from grade 9 :goodvibes

I can get comparable deals at either hotel, but am wondering in terms of a 14yr old's perspective which would offer him more in the way of the waterpark?

Any other differences or comparisions you can offer would be great!

Thanks for your opinion. :goodvibes

My family has only been to Great Wolf, 3 times now, and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit.

Spoke to several people who have visited Fallsview and they've complained that it's very busy. The Great Wolf is only open to guests.

My 2 cents :thumbsup2

Just got back from Great Wolf a few hours ago (second visit). Have also stayed at Fallsview twice. Since you are planning on going during summer months I would say go to Great Wolf since their outside pool area is much larger and nicer then Fallsview.

Great Wolf Lodge has a nicer water park, but Fallsview water park is closer to the Niagara action.

We've done both (multiple times), and overall, I think's it's a tossup between the two.

They are both nice water parks.

Well I am looking at GWL on rates to go, but the new dates used to come available at midnight, now I do not know when the new rooms available are refreshing. Everytime I go to book the most recently added date (Three weeks in advance) the dates are already sold out!

Does that mean that there are no rooms for that date, or that theyall sold out already?? I am wondering if my date will be available at all? :confused3

There is a place on the ratestogo site that shows you all rooms that were posted for that night. Even the ones that have sold out. Instead of clicking on available rooms go to all rooms. That should answer your question.

If it's any consolation, I haven't been able to secure a room there on ratestogo for a while either.

tomorrow will be the test, i don't think they have released any rooms for those days. I think they are saying sold out, cause they are not available at all! If I wanted to go tomorrow there are 8 rooms left. :upsidedow

I am also looking for a VERY cheap cottage for a few days if I can find one that wont cost me the price of a disney trip. If not, I will just drive back and forth to the beach and spend my money on the gas :headache:
