Great weekend Crop for those near Reading PA

Since it seems we have a small cluster of us in the same area I thought I would post about this weekend crop!
She started out doing a crop for a cure as a full day crop, which was amazing! I think I have went for the past 5!
Then last year she started a full weekend crop in Reading PA!
It was fantastic! Absolutely the best crop I have been too...food was the only iffy part if I had to complain, well actually lack of coffee through out the night!
The price is great! I know it is filling up fast! So Take a look and see! maybe we can have a mini dis meet there!

I am very new to scrapbooking. What exactly do you do at these all day 9or weekend) crops?

Weekend and day crops are fun for lots of reasons. Of course the main reason is to have a block of time that is actually set aside for scrapping. You are at a table with other scrappers and you work on your books or swap stuff.
The weekend ones are a great girls time! LOL! we do scrap but we shop, socialize, eat and drink etc....it is a great chance to meet people. See other people's work.
This crop usually has some neat make and takes so you get to try some different things. Has amazing raffles and door prizes! Last year I won a wizzard cutting system and then the a door prize which was the bag to go with it!

For some packing up all of their stuff and lugging it to a crop is no fun. But I am fairly protable. I do have a space in the house but work out of my crop in style bag so it isn't too hard for me to pack up.
I usually work on a specific book and plan what I want to work on before I go.
