We just returned from a very enjoyable week at the GF. I was very pleased with the resort, including service. Unlike our last experience at the Poly, we were greeted, check-
in was simple and friendly, our rooms were ready, and everything was fine. I would return and stay at the GF. Being on the monorail with two young grandchildren was essential. We had three rooms which were next to each other. They didn't provide any upgrades, and I politely requested, but the rooms were very nice. After our last disappointing trip, I was concerned that things wouldn't go well. I was wrong. Everything was a lot of fun. All of us enjoyed our visit.
