Great vacation

I did a lot of research before I booked our vacation at Universal.Thanks to messages boards like this one I was well-prepared. I took my 3 teenagers 8/5-8/9. Everything met our expectations. The parks were packed but the Express passes we had from staying at the HRH were worth their weight in gold. The only negative thing-and I know this is really being nit-picky-was that we tried several times to fill water bottles from the water fountains in the parks. The water was always warm. I guess they want you to keep buying their $3.00 bottles of water!

Smiles ---- Ijust had to reply to this .. Actually, I found just the opposite to be true .. We lugged Iced water with us ddaily to the parks .. after the second day, we decided to lighten our load and take just (2) bottles.. Well needless to say, we ran out of water and as I was just about to purchase more water from those wonderfully ice filled troffs, I decided to try the water fountains .. ICE COLD WATER!!!! ..
in fact, after that I made it my business to try every fountain that I encountered in the 2 parks. I am faily certain that the water was very cold at about 98 percent of the fountains. In fact, I remember the on that wasn't. it was the fountains near the restrooms right across from Dueling Dragons. And just a side note. I found the resttooms to be plentiful and SPOTLESS.. My god, being from NYC, I found the restrooms at US and IOA to be cleaner than most restrooms in some of the better restaurants here in the city .. What a delight!
