if you wear a smaller size, try the kids section... my daughter is a women's size 6, which is like a 4 or 5 in kids... they had the exact same uggs in the kids section $40 cheaper than the adults last year at Nordstrom... and i believe they went up to at least about a size 5 in kids, maybe 6

Eastbay.com has 20% off gift cards. Buy a gift card for the amount of the item, have it emailed to you. You will be billed for 20%off. Email gift card will come in 1-2 days. Go to bing.com, sign up for cashback acct. Using their link go to Eastbay and purchase your Uggs with your giftcard codes, you will get 25% back in your Bing acct, which you can request a check for in 60 days.

I know this sounds like a lot of steps, but I did it and it worked so far. I paid $144 for the $179.99 gift card (tall classic boots are 179.99) the next day I got my email gift card. Signed up for Bing, went through them to Eastbay, bought the Uggs with the gift card code. Checked my bing acct and I have a credit for 44 or 45 dollars. I did have to pay $7.00 shipping which I forgot to account for. So I got $180.00 boots for about 107.00. They have shipped today. This is an authorized dealer.
