great server on the Magic- Roston Colaco

Disney is blessed with many great servers who understand how to deliver outstanding customer service. And, many Disboarders have their own favorites. We just finished our 12th DCL cruise and had probably our best one yet. Roston Colaco is from India and was our head server. he was just outstanding, so much so that we requested him on our next Magic cruise a year from now. Roston is part of the training team for new employees and he was helping a new one, Leonardo from Brazil get up to speed. Leonardo was in month 3 of his Disney career but was off to a good start. Anyhow, kudos to Roston for great service.

Great to hear there are good servers on the Magic. We'll be on it for the first time this summer. What made him great? We're traveling without kids so I'd love to know some good servers in case we decide to ask for one.

We had Roston on the Magic in September on our 7th Disney Cruise and thought he was the best we had ever had. We are vegetarian and my daughter is vegan and he made sure there was something special waiting for her every night.

Roston is very personable to start. He performs his server duties with professionalism and is all over the details. He is one of the people on the training team who trains new servers. He understands how to deliver the disney difference
