Great resorts in Baja California

Hi!

We are thinking of maybe spending a few nights in Mexico at the end of our trip to California in April.

Does anyone know of any great resorts (preferably with spa, but not a must)?

I don´t think I want to go much over $200 a night, unless the place is REALLY nice.

It will be me, DH, DS 11, DD 9, DD4 and DD 1.
