You need some moisture - good things are anything topped with potato (shepherds pie, fish pie) - but the potsto needs to be part cooked or mash or it will go black. Pasta bakes/lasagne work well. Stews are good - just serve with a baked potato (don't freeze with dumplings, amke them fresh
