Cooking Great Recipes for Freezing?

I'm looking for main dishes that can be made ahead, frozen, and then reheated easily for dinner. Any ideas or great recipes to share? Thanks!

You need some moisture - good things are anything topped with potato (shepherds pie, fish pie) - but the potsto needs to be part cooked or mash or it will go black. Pasta bakes/lasagne work well. Stews are good - just serve with a baked potato (don't freeze with dumplings, amke them fresh)
