Well, I finally booked. After comparing so many options: meal plans, club level vs. regular room, booking direct through Disney vs. 3rd party, etc. I think I have found the best deal.
I have used Orbitz in the past to book Disney World, FL hotels with no hassles so I gave it a chance for DLP. The great part is that they so often have 15% off promo codes and that applies to the total package which automatically included tickets and half board.

Same package through DLP's USA site: $2631 USD
Booked through DLP's Canadian site: $2396 USD (conversion by google - EUR to USD)
Booked through Orbitz.com 15% discount $2186.72 USD

We weren't really looking for half board package but this deal is only $410 more to get 24 meals (4 guests, 3 nights, 2 meals/day) $17.08 average price per meal!

Did you try the DLP uk site or the French one? Good deals there too.
