Great news for clubcard holders !

Oh good! I'm going shopping after work at Tescos too! :)

Thanks Nat :thumbsup2
I do most of my shopping there so wil look forward to getting more points :)

Noticed that when I went in store today. Glad its on internet shopping too as I've got a delivery due tomorrow. Have noticed their petrol is more expensive than other garages around here just lately, its usually a 1p or so a litre cheaper, have had to go elsewhere.

I have noticed the same, we have gone back to morrisons for a while :)

Interesting, seems like Tesco are losing customers.....they hate people like me, I'm a bit of a supermarket tart :guilty: and I do have a clubcard and a nectar card but I found doing "big" shops all the time at my local Tesco lead to a lot of wasted food. As soon as I no longer needed to buy nappies and so many "baby" items I stopped shopping at the same supermarket.
I now shop at my local Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S and Waitrose (ocado) and I prefer the money I save over points. I find if I don't use Ocado for a while they entice me back with 20% off my next order which I find a much bigger saving than any points. I shopped at Aldi on the way home from a day out the other day (it's not local to me) and I was very impressed with what I bought, the chesse selection was particularly good. It wasn't a full shop but if I lived closer to one I would add them to my list too:thumbsup2

Enjoy your extra points everybody:thumbsup2

Now that Tesco has changed the goalposts over Virgin and Cosmos holidays, I am not quite so keen to collect points. I had planned to collect like crazy for WDW, but I'll just collect steadily for Park Resorts next year.;) It's always nice to have a few extra points...every little helps.:rotfl:

Just typical - I stopped shopping with Tesco after they messed me about a few times over my home deliveries and it was getting near impossible to get any codes. I might just have to reconsider now, if they are offering double points though. Is this a permanent thing does anyone know?

Yes, the "Tesco Cynic" in me can't help but notice the timing between this promotion and the fact that you can't spend as many points with certain companies:rolleyes1

I really dislike Tesco - purely because they are ruining small villages. Problem is, I have a Tesco Tart because I like my Airmiles too much, she says shamefaced:flower3:;)

I rarely shop at Tesco but this will help me get my Airmiles quicker, not that I have ever used them yet:rotfl2:

I might have to start an airmiles thread because I just don't understand the whole process. I think it would be 6500 miles each to Florida, which I think is about £300 each in vouchers, so would be the equivalent of £1200 in deals - it seems a pretty expensive way of using deals.:confused3
