Great Halloween Cookies!!

I make these for my daughter's Halloween parties at school.

What you need:
Keebler Fudge cookies
Orange icing in a tube (it's like a gel)
Hershey Kisses (wrappers off)

Take a Keebler fudge cookie and turn it upside down. Place the orange icing just outside the hole in the middle of the cookie. Then, place the bottom of the Hershey Kiss on the hole.

That's it! A simple way to make a witch's hat!!
