PS: Had the Comfort Inn booked at the $32, but nervous after a few people said it was under new management and staff was far from helpful. In my past stays there, I've always had decent CS. Just came back from a stay at the newly opened Ramada Celebration and found a similar situation in that the appearance of the rooms was great, but if anything didn't work, they did nothing to fix or compensate!!

Wow, thanks for the tip. I just booked one night for our (before disney) stay. I had ressies at Rodeway inn international and baymont inn & suites on canada ave, but this is cheaper and has queen beds.

A few days ago, all I had was a reservation for $32 at the Comfort Inn. I wasn't liking the recent reviews that the new management was horrible so was going to go to Priceline. But after some thought, decided I'd wait until a week before my trip to give PL a shot. Then this deal rolled along!! Now I'm hoping the CI&S LBV will follow suit so I can get a room there instead and be closer to WDW and JRs!!!

Pat, when you check into the Ramada, stand your ground. Check out your room thoroughly and if you find anything wrong, make sure they give you a room that has no problems!!

I was visiting my daughter at the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality down the road. I had initially stayed at a hotel on I-Drive and couldn't take more than one night, it was such a horrible place. I come to Orlando a lot and have stayed at several hotels. This time I was alone and did not want to spend a ton of money. I stayed at a suite at this hotel for 5 nights and I found it to be very cozy and comfortable. It was quiet and homey and I felt safe there. The breakfast was very nice and free, there was always coffee, tea and fresh cookies also. The location was wonderful, near I-Drive but in a quiet area around the corner. Universal Blvd NEVER has traffic, so it was easy to get in and out. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when I visit Orlando. This is not a resort - just a comfortable, clean, calm and safe place to stay.
The only negatives were: the fitness center - machines were in disrepair, and the carpets really needed to be steam cleaned. I wore my slippers alll the time, but then I NEVER walk barefoot in a hotel room, unless there is a tile floor.
I highly recommend this property and I really enjoyed the 5 nights I spent here.
