finally i was able to email people to rent a home. waiting helped. we are able to rent a 4 bedroom home(need a 3 bedroom) in windsor palms with a pool and hot tub for 105 a night. he took 30% off the price. he has 2 houses and we are going to move with a couple of days to go to his other home. so he gets his units rented out and we get a great price.
now planning character breakfast or meal and any other places we would like to eat. we are going to eat at the house some also to save on cash. deciding if we should buy the 10 day no expiration and go back and possibly add magic plus. taking a look at all of the costs.
what is a good length to go to disney and not be too much?

I like a trip with ten days in the parks. Have done 5 days, 7 days, 9 days and one huge one where we rented a house for 3 weeks and DD who was 6 at the time were in the parks/waterparks for 20 days. That one was too long.
We missed our dog too much, and going home after being gone so long was toom much of a shock.

i was thinking about the 10 day pass between this year and another year with no expiration. possibly adding magic plus. however this year i do not know if i am up to a waterpark. my younger children are 5 and 8 so won't go on much. i don't go on the rides in waterparks and don't like myself in a swimsuit right now. the teens also want to go to universal and i think they would rather spend their days doing this than a waterpark also. now if we come back i can see doing the waterparks when my younger ones are older. can you add the magic plus option another year?

so if we do this just this year not sure how many days 6? some people say 7 is too long. i also want to hang out a couple of days at the pool just relaxing. would like to take in the medevial times show.

considering the micky bbq if not sold out.

I think taking a resort day every other day is a good idea. Then you will be more likely to want to get up early on the oark days, and even stay late because you know you can sleep in the next day.

Than way you can five days for another trip.

I think you have to purchase the non-expiring option as well as the plus option before 14 days after first use of the tickets,

Personally I prefer to rest at the resort on non-park days rather than go to a water park. My youngest is a fair skinned redhead and it is much harder to protect her from the sun at a waterpark than at the resort.
