Ok, So I don't know if anybody but me likes these shoes, but I am obsessed with onesole shoes. You buy the bottom and can snap on different tops. I have a ton of the tops, and 2 bases. I recently ordered a new shoe sole off the clearance section of their website (www.onesole.com), and got a call on the next business day telling me that they were out of my size. I figured that meant she was going to tell me she was canceling my order. Imagine my surprise when she told me that I could select from ANY of the full price soles for the same price! I am very pleased with the response. I called back the next day with my selection and they are now on their way. I actually like the other ones better, and will get more wear out of them, but I liked the clearance price. Can't wait to get them in! It's so nice to get service like that. I definitely felt it was above and beyond what they "had" to do.
